MicroPM Continuous Pump Monitor
The MicroPM is a compact unit for continuous pump performance monitoring. It features temperature and pressure sensors, a microprocessor for data analysis, an electrical power meter, and optional speed sensors for variable-speed pumps. Existing sensors can be integrated if available via SCADA. The microprocessor operates independently, and users can access its webpages using a web browser.

P22 Portable Pump Monitor
To support investigative work and regular pump performance assessments, we offer testing and analysis services with this equipment.
An immersion temperature probe and a pressure probe are connected to the pump's suction side through a T-piece and gate valve. Similar probes are also on the discharge side. For higher temperatures and pressures, thermowells are needed for the temperature probes.

Micro Station Analyzer
The Micro-SA is a centralized system for monitoring and managing up to 12 parallel pumps. As an IoT edge device, it integrates multiple Micro-PM pump units using the Modbus TCP protocol. It offers various operational modes—Local only, Local-Cloud, and Cloud only—to meet cybersecurity requirements. The local mode can include an HMI, while the Internet version uses wired, cellular, or satellite communication to send data to the cloud for further analysis.
